A Few Things to Note
The pool is shared by all properties on the Villas del Palmar complex. It's a big pool with a separate kiddie pool section.
The pool area is overlooking the beach but the house itself is not ocean front and does not have ocean view. It's 76 meters from the house to the pool area.
