Communication between group members at our accommodations is also extremely easy as well since the houses are so centrally located. Remember, most houses in Sayulita do not have telephones. However, if necessary, Internet, phone, fax service is just two block up the street at the town plaza.

As a father of three children, the owner/builder of all the Casas kept his loved ones in mind during the design/construction phases. Parents love the layout of the houses since kids can actually have their own mini-villas at Villas del Rio (away from the "adults".) A watchful eye can be kept from the both the patios at Dos Amigos and Vista del Mar over the swimming pool areas. Plus the sandy beach is just seconds away. All the houses have outdoor "entrance" showers to wash off the bulk of sand before entering.

Larger groups love the fact that individual group members/couples can be "doing their own thing" like dining, swimming, hiking, shopping, napping, etc… yet everyone can conveniently meet at certain times for group hangouts. Plus, nothing beats a great pool party…..especially when you have three pools with waterfalls to choose from!
